In my Kea cage I have Lichen for shrub,Rocks,A door for the Zoo Keeper,Some big boulders for the kea to climb and to perch on under an iceblock stick shelter and to climb on top of for fun, its coconut husk on top of the shelter is for them to play with and to sleep on,also underneath the shelter I have a flax wasps nest,a stream made out of clear celephane is the water source, trees made out of little branchs are one food source, the other food source is the food cage, inside the dinner cage is the keas meat food, when it dinner time, the zoo keeper lets the food out this is so the kea has to work for some of their food.I am pretending that there is wire netting for about another 5-10CM above the shelter. The Experince It was really fun making our enclosures. I did some of my enclosure at home.E.G.The painting and stuff before we made the enclosures, before we did the science side of it. My animal for that was the penguin. I found out lots of facts about penguins, like there is 18 different species of penguin which are divided into six groups!
I had lots of fun doing the animal inquiry especially the enclosures.
