I learnt that eftpos cards are better than credit
ReplyDeletecards brecause with credit cards you have to pay
it back or else the payment gets higher and to
keep your receipt and look for the place you
bought it from, the date and the price.
I liked the flip diagrams on how to save money to buy your own car (it was funny/cool).
(The Actions that Jeff did with his speech was
very cool)

I liked the story about the cars and the intrest.

One of the thing's i learnt was eftpos card's are better then cash card's.
I also learnt that if you spend money on your self but also save some you will have quite
a bit of money left at the end of the year.
I liked the storey about car's it was really cool.

ReplyDeleteI liked how that if you cut down on spending you will get what you want quicker so if i cut down on my car gym and clothes i will get my gutair faster. I learned that if you put your money in the bank you will get intrest so you have more money to spend on a car. I learned to keep my receipts so you know where when and how much so your money is not lost.He said to use a eftpos card instend of a credit card because a cerdit card can easily get out of hand. I liked the actions with his talk and the flip cards for the car story.

i liked it when jasmin and marina went up to the front and jeff was saying all this stuff about them and it was true! i also learnt that its best to keep all your receipts so that you always know what you have brought.
ReplyDeleteHi Mr D it was cool having Jeff in to talk about money and how to save. I also learnt that the more money you put in your bank account you will get more interest. Have for you and save some too. I thought that was a cool saying and now I wont want to spent money all at once. Now when I am older I dont want to get a credit card because an eftpost card is much better because it comes out of your bank account so you cant get stuck with debt.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed jeff coming because he told us how to look after money like speed some on you an d save some too. I think that was really cool I enjoyed the storys he told us about him when he thought he had $50 but he only had 97 cents and he was going to buy his friends lunch at mc donalds but he couldn't eford it so he had to get all his friends to look in there walts and the car seats and every were in there car and they finally had enough money to buy ther lunch. He said that you have to be 15 to have a efpos card and he said it's not a good thing to have a criet card you should only have a efpos card because a creid card the more you spend the more you have to pay back and he said that when you have a bank account that you can get intest when you keep your money in and you put more money in your bank account. He said to keep your receits when you get then when you buy things or do something at the bank like a deposit. He said it's better to have your money in a bank then a money box because it's safer and you get more money over 5 years you can have all most $1000 instrest. I think it was really good he came in.
My favourite part would have to be when he showed us then flip charts and Marina, Jasmin and jacob showed us what tip of car they got and the best one was marinas car.
I think Jeff is really awesome.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed having Jeff come to our school. I never knew school banking could be so much fun. And it was so peculiar when Jeff said that Jasmin and Marina lived on the same street. And thanks Mr D !.
ReplyDeleteI really liked when Jasmin and Marina went up and did something about the car thing and I learnt that a credit card is not as good as an efpos card because you will pay more if you use a credit card.
ReplyDeleteI also liked jeff coming to our school he talked to us about if you put your money in the bank you get somthing called interest it's when you put your money in the bank and they give you more money.
ReplyDeletehe gave us an example with Marina and Jasmin and the were saving up for 6 years they were neighbours and best friends Marina saved her money in the bank and Jasmin saved her money in a money box so they saved and saved and saved and then a new boy moved in the neighbourhood JACOB and he saved for three years and so on and after the story Jeff showed us a fabric flipy thingy that was stappled on a canvas and he told us to say if there was any cheaper ways to use the things he told us about andthen he told us a catch phrase spend some on you and save some to.

i liked it when we had to take away money so jeff could buy a guitar i learned that effpost cards are better then credit cards because u could get debt and when marina and jasmin went up and the stuff he said was all true !!!! lol :)
